Noir is a private, automated reservation monitoring and booking service. It uses your Resy account credentials to monitor restaurant availability and book tables on your behalf when a slot matching your preferences becomes available. Noir is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Resy.
Noir is invite-only. Access is granted at our sole discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Resy account. By using Noir, you represent that the Resy credentials you provide belong to you and that you are authorized to use them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Resy credentials. You must comply with Resy's own Terms of Service. You may not share your Noir account, resell access, or use Noir for any commercial purpose. One account per person.
Noir does not guarantee that any reservation will be secured. Restaurant availability, Resy API behavior, and other factors outside our control may prevent bookings. We make no representations about success rates, uptime, or booking outcomes. You accept all risk associated with the service.
Noir is billed at $50 USD per month. Billing is automatic and recurring. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include misuse, violation of these terms, chargebacks, or at our discretion. Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Noir is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed reservations, expired tokens, service interruptions, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
All software, designs, and content in Noir are our proprietary property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
