What We Collect
- —Email address — used for your account and for sending booking confirmations.
- —Resy email and password — stored encrypted at rest. Used solely to authenticate with Resy's API on your behalf. We do not read, log, or share your Resy credentials for any other purpose.
- —Booking history — dates, times, venues, and party sizes of reservations Noir has booked for you.
- —Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card number, CVC, or full payment details.
- —Push notification tokens — if you enable browser push notifications, we store a subscription token to send you booking alerts.
How We Use It
- —To operate the service: authenticate with Resy, monitor reservation availability, and book tables on your behalf.
- —To send you booking confirmation notifications.
- —To process subscription payments through Stripe.
- —We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Third-Party Services
- —Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
- —Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- —Resy — your credentials are transmitted to Resy's API to make bookings on your behalf, subject to Resy's Privacy Policy.
Data Security
- —Resy credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- —All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- —Access to user data is restricted to service operations only.
Data Retention
- —Your data is retained as long as you have an active account.
- —Upon account termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
- —Payment records may be retained as required by law.
Your Rights
- —You may request a copy of your data at any time.
- —You may request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- —You may disable push notifications at any time in your browser settings.
